Whimsy Mimzy is a lifestyle platform sharing musings, tips, and reflections on mindful living, wellness, relationships, fashion, and more. We also operate an online shop offering a curated selection of lifestyle products and original designs. Our content is for informational and inspirational purposes, not professional advice.

2. Use of Our Website & Shop

You agree to use Whimsy Mimzy responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Site or Shop for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

  We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

3. Shop & Product Fulfilment

Product Sourcing & Fulfilment

• Products in our shop fall into two categories:
  a) Items sourced from external suppliers via DSers dropshipping, shipped directly from the supplier to you.
  b) Whimsy Mimzy original prints and branded items (e.g. hoodies, mugs, tote bags, wall art) produced and fulfilled via Printful.

   

• For Printful items, no returns are accepted for buyer’s remorse; only defective or misprinted items may be eligible for reprint or refund (see section 3.3).

   

• Delivery estimates depend on the supplier or Printful facility and your location. We are not liable for delays due to customs, postal carriers, or supply-chain disruptions.

   

Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise noted.

   

• We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without notice.

   

Returns & Refunds

DSers / Supplier Items

• You may request a return or refund for items shipped via DSers by emailing hello@whimsymzy.com within 14 days of receipt.

   

• Returns are subject to the supplier’s approval and policy. We will liaise on your behalf, but refunds may be delayed.

   

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

   

• Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

   

Printful / Print-on-Demand Items

• Claim Window: Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of product delivery. help.printful.com+1

   

• For valid claims, Printful may offer a free reprint or refund without requiring the return of the item. help.printful.com

   

• Printful does not honour returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse — these are decided at our discretion. Printful+2help.printful.com+2

   

• In cases where a package is returned to the Printful facility (e.g. undelivered), you must contact us within 30 days to arrange reshipment.

   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• For any goods damaged in transit or incorrectly fulfilled, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and explanation.

   

• We will coordinate with the supplier or Printful to arrange a replacement or refund.

   

4. GDPR & Your Privacy

• We respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act.

   

• By using our Site or Shop, you consent to us collecting and processing personal data for order processing, communication, and legal compliance.

   

• You retain rights including access, correction, and deletion of your data; you may withdraw consent at any time.

All content on Whimsy Mimzy — including text, graphics, images, product descriptions, designs, and logos — is owned by or properly licensed to Whimsy Mimzy and its content partners.

Images used across the Site and Shop come from a combination of sources:

• Canva (used under their appropriate content licence terms),

   

• Third-party suppliers and print partners (who provide authorised product imagery), and

   

• Original photography and designs created by Whimsy Mimzy.

   

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from Whimsy Mimzy without prior written consent or the relevant licence.

All Whimsy Mimzy original designs, branding, and creative works are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action.
