All physical products sold in the Whimsy Mimzy Shop are print-on-demand items produced and fulfilled by our trusted fulfilment partners:

• Printful

• Printify

These partners print, package, and ship items directly to customers once an order is placed. As products are made to order, this affects return eligibility (see below).

Delivery times vary depending on production time, fulfilment location, and destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.

3.2 Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated

• Prices, products, and availability may change at any time without notice

• We reserve the right to discontinue products or correct errors in pricing or descriptions

3.3 Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand Items)

Because our items are custom-made to order, returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse are not accepted.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

You may request a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrives damaged

• The item is defective or misprinted

• The incorrect item was received

Claim timeframe:
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos and a brief explanation of the issue.

For approved claims, Printful or Printify may offer:

• A free replacement, or

• A refund (return of the item is usually not required)

Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

• Incorrect size or colour selection by the customer

• Minor colour variations due to screen differences

• Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

• Items that have been worn, washed, or used

3.4 Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the fulfilment facility due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, please contact us within 30 days.
Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

We respect your privacy and comply with UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and applicable data protection laws.

• Canva, used under its applicable content licence

• Printful and Printify, which provide authorised product mock-ups

• Original photography and designs created by Whimsy Mimzy

All Whimsy Mimzy original designs and branding are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
